I am currently designing a Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15. Span 34" and 31" length. It will be an ultra light design comprised of rolled foamboard, paper duct, 55mm EDF, 2 cell lipo and rudder/throttle control.
The Mig 15 offers some great opportunities for a foam board design. It has a mid wing, a simple tapered fuselage and good access to the electronics from a hatch under the wing.
One thing I don't like about the current RC Mig 15 offerings is the non-scale speed. They look like insects buzzing around instead of graceful jets.
